ii)The activities of the Alumni Association of Rani Birla Girls' College During 2006-07 and 2007-2008 are listed below -Cultural Reunion 2008: A reunion of former and present students,teachers,non-teaching staff and well wishers of the college was organized on 2nd Feb,2008. Academic Inputs:The 'Highest Achiever Academic Medal' was awarded to Ms.Tasneem Khallolwala for achieving the highest aggregate in Rani Birla Girls' College at the B.A.(Hons) examination, 2006 of the University of Calcutta. The 'Highest Achiever Academic Medal' was awarded to Ms. Gargi Dutta, for achieving the highest aggregate in the college at the B.A.(Hons.)2007 examination of the University Of Calcutta. Publication Of a Newsletter:Newsletter of the association is published annually.The Newsletter 2007 was commemorative issue dedicated to Ms. Sevati Mitra,former Principal,advisor and Member of the Governing Body of this College. |
